Interesting idea and Wilbert Kraan is of course right to observe that topic maps and RDF are doing essentially the same thing - mostly. "Metaphors, for example, can be expressed directly in RDF... Not so in Topic Maps". Still - there's enough overlap to make the exercise worth while, if only to convince each camp of the relevance of the other.
