Interesting diagram that looks like a personal learning environment but is actually the social web. Marketers have the same interest in social as educators, and John Connell defends their right to this. "Despite my own reaction to marketing in social media, I do actually think we should be a lot less sniffy about it all. Marketing, promotion, advertising, hype – whether we like them or not, they have as much right to use the social technologies as anyone else." Well, yes they do. That fact, however, does not make them less annoying.
