Paul Walk reconsiders the 'discovery to delivery' model, making the well-reasoned point that more and more of our services are delivered, not discovered. Like in this newsletter, for example. :) So he proposes an alternative approach: "gesture -> delivery -> discovery". I think this is a direction online rsearch and learnings services will head. Scott Wilson picks up on this: "Coincidentally its been on my mind, too, as part of the FeedForward project." It is an idea whose time has come; I outlined the same idea in a meeting this afternoon (no, really, I did! Ask Norm) and has been at least part of the thinking behind my RSS Writr.
