I haven't listened to this two-parter (Part 1,Part 2, but you just know it has to be good. "He discusses how he got involved with the project, how Wikimedia has designed and managed the Wikibooks project thusfar, and how they are dealing with key issues like validation and funding in an effort to make Wikibooks usable in today's classrooms."
