Interesting interview with ASU CIO Lev Gonick. I've always had mixed feelings about ASU. I like the innovation and forward-thinking, but they also feel so commercial it undercuts their credibility. Just my views here. Anyhow, Gonick describes some of the changes both tech and AI are bringing to ASU. One he calls 'tech ed' centers around learner needs. Good. But ASU is also pursuing a skills agenda which feels like 'corp ed' to me.
