WebAssembly is like JSON for behaviour

I don't know a lot about WebAssembly, but thanks to this article I know that WebAssembly exists and at least a part of what it's about. I haven't tried to make it work in any meaningful way. Here's the pitch: "I'm looking forward to packaging up business logic as a WebAssembly library and letting my users consume it everywhere: the JVM, NodeJS, Python, Rust, plus tons of niche programming platforms." I think the concept of 'business logic' could be a bit clearer here. Anyhow, this article also refers to this post from Andy Wingo: "WebAssembly is a new fundamental abstraction boundary. WebAssembly is a new way of dividing computing systems into pieces and of composing systems from parts."
