Knowledge, Learning, Community

This is a brisk brief article introducing readers to the concept of the unconference and offering suggestions for making them better. It's focused mostly on attendees, but also offers suggestions for session organizers (who in an unconference are also the attendees). Though I laud the effort, it would have benefited from a wider and more critical readership. The suggestion, for example, to "remove all of the chairs from the room beforehand, then they will have to sit on the floor" may be great for the young and lithe, but much less so for the old and round (like me). Still, overall, it's quite a good guide.
