You may have heard today that the Smithsonian has released some 2.8 million images into the public domain. But you might want to take a closer look. It's not just images. Sure, there are images - very high quality images. But there are also 3D models, a database and API, and pen educational resources on the Smithsonian's K–12 platform, Learning Lab.
