Some listeners may not have enjoyed Audrey Watters's recent talk, but John Warner comments, "She is a brilliant, brilliant scholar." This in the content of Aaron Davis's post which suggests that what Watters is trying to do is "an attempt to 'turn ed-tech agitprop back on itself' in order to highlight the political agenda and ideology at play" and in particular "she questions the contradiction that is inherent in much of these discussions, where on the one hand we are calling for a revolt against the system, only the to replace it with a more dystopian one."
