9th Conference on Open Access Scholarly Publishing

According to the web page, this conference was intended "for the open access publishing community to gather to develop and advance discussions, relationships, policy and research around open access publishing." It's a good source of current thinking on the topic of open content and open access (and thus relevant to the open education resources (OER) community). I also liked the way this archive was presented: we have both videos and slides, and the slides are set up in such a way that you can browser on the slide and click to the point where it's addressed in thre video. The image is from Open access publishing policies in Europe: What the European Commission does and outlines how sopen access publishing extends the traditional publication model.
