If you go to the guide, you will learn that "The Learning Toolbox (LTB) is a software platform that allows people from all walks of life to effortlessly build their own mobile learning apps and share them with others." The apps created are called 'stacks'; stacks are composed of 'screens', each of which contains 'tiles'. It reminds me a lot of the old hypercard. There's a stack editor, and of course you can create and shafre stacks.
