The bulk of this article is devoted to describing a device you wear that gives you feedback about your tone of voice, how often you are participating, and other aspects of performance in meetings and other office work. As learning technology, it works really well: "The minute that you get the report that you're not speaking enough and that you don't show leadership, immediately, the next day, you change your behaviour," says Silvia Gonzalez-Zamora. "It's powerful to see how people want to display better behaviours or the behaviours that you're moving them towards." The obvious question, however, is how far you want your employers to be peering into your life. "You can become your own mini-NSA."
