Twitter captions over (live) video feeds? Yes, it appears to be possible, though to be honest I think the description skips a few (dozen) steps. Sure, the Pip aggregates the feed from Twitter, I get that. But where is the video coming from and how is the caption placed over it? Details like that. It's very cool, though, so even if I can't see how it's done, I feel better knowing it can be.
