Commenting on the recently released NESTA report, Hidden Innovation - How Innovation happens in six 'low innovation' sectors, Leon Cych observes that in such traditionally ossified sectors people who used to be isolated and stranded in tradition-bound organizations are now able to link up and form alternative development networks.
