Following up: the IEEE, was earlier reported to be requiring that all authors warrant that their submissions be compliant with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). IEEE's Steven Cherry is now writing that "removing the reference to the DMCA from the IEEE Copyright Form is in the works." In the works? Here's a hint: use the delete key about fifteen times.
