This is an interesting PowerPoint presentation describing an e-portfolio project being conducted by the Centre for the Study of Learning and Performance. The project design is based on a self-reflection model consisting of three major steps: forethought, performance, self-reflection (and then back to forethought again, to continue the cycle).
