It's just a tiny short article but it's caused a storm of controversy on the WWWDEV list. The premise of the article is that too great a focus on quality can actually be bad. For example, "Excessive quality occurs, when individuals, teams, or departments impose their own standards of quality [and] conflicting standards are applied to the same or related content or elements."CRLFCRLF
