Network World FusionTelecommunications giants Verizon Communications and WorldCom, as well as long-distance carrier IDT, could be interested in bidding for the remains of Teligent, a now-bankrupt provider of fixed wireless local voice and high-speed data services, according to an article in Friday's The Wall Street Journal.
