I like the presentation (a lot), I like the content - and having just spent an hour acquiring a phenomenological 'feel' for what it is like to be a student lost in a web experience, I appreciate what Paulette Robinson was trying to do with her online dissertation. Your experience may vary (which, of course, is the point).
