Animation company Toon Boom - known as a supplier of 2D animation software for major film and television studios, including Klasky-Csupo (Rugrats in Paris) and Warner Bros - has just released a beta version of its animation authoring software, a package that promises to put high quality animation authoring into the hands of everyone.
