Stephen Downes

Knowledge, Learning, Community
My first brush with academic failure came in kindergarten. We had to learn how to tie our shoes. I didn't learn. I was kept after class, and forced to learn. I learned enough to get out of the class. That was forty years ago. My shoelaces still come untied. All the time. I am forever stooping to retie them. Maybe this is my salvation. Via Joho, who also shows me how to fold a shirt.
