Customer training isn't a new application of e-learning; for years whenasked to name a quality e-learning application I would refer to Macromedia Director's built-in training application. But we don't notice customer training as a type of e-learning because it has been done so badly - Microsoft Help, anyone? Anyhow, customer training is now the next big thing in e-learning outsourcing, according to this article. I have to say - it couldn't hurt.
