From the email notice: "The Adaptech Research Network (http://www.adaptech.org) is commencing a three-year study that will examine the accessibility for students withCRLFdisabilities of the various forms of eLearning now used in Canadian colleges and universities." You may also want to look at WebAim, a similar initiative based in Utah. Also just launched is the Accessibility in Distance Education (ADE) site at UMUC.
