Chameleon is "broadcaster software for live video streaming and YouTube Live streaming from virtually any camera." The main value proposition is that it takes a currently complex endeavour and simplifies it. It's built using spycam.io and is being recommended specifically for education and development, among other uses. It woks with YouTube live streaming and Facebook live. It's based on a 'name your own price' model - there's also a free beta, but it's hard to find (in fact, I did not find it) and comes with limited cloud storage. See also the Prefundia page.
