I'm only doing two of the five things recommended by Doug Peterson, but that's good enough for me. Peterson links to a drawing by Sylvia Duckworth on the reasons to have a personal (or professional) learning network (PLN). The concept is a spin-off from the original 'personal learning environment' that has caught on with the schools and teaching community.
