This French language e-learning magazine is based in Turkey and seeks to speak to learners on four continents. Described in educa.ch (also in French): "The Marque Page is a webzine having the objective of publicizing classroom work and to support the exchange of information and linkages between francophones worldwide. The site, particularily rich, is animated by teachers of schools in Istanbul with the aid of l'Institut français." Forgive the rough translation; I'm still new at this.
