It is the first in a series intended to address the assessment of digital literacies. This module outlines the work of Vygotsky, Glaser, and Rasch. "The idea of criterion - or standards - referenced assessment, reported in the form of a progression of emerging skills, is designed to assist teachers target and differentiate instruction to meet the learning needs of all students."
