It's a sign of the times: paper manufacturers have launched an advertising campaign advocating for the use of paper. I don't think the central slogan can be applied to education, things like the "Paper because" campaign, which include, of course, print advertisements. Those ads make 'Paper because' points like 'A lot of places worth going to don't get a signal, and hopefully never will.'"
