The headline sounds great - access to 300,000 technical articles! But read on and you see that your $US 35 per month allows you to read only 25 of those articles. This is ridiculous. What serious researcher reads only 25 articles in a month? The IEEE has its priorities seriously skewed. It should be pushing for free and open access to these papers, especially those that deal with technical standards.
