Brian, I agree with you. Most people are generally in agreement that democracy is the best mode of governance. Why is it then - as you correctly point out - that corporations are run for the most part on a fascist mode of governance?
I believe that the great struggle for democracy in the twenty-first century will be the struggle for democracy in our institutions. No nation may claim to be democratic while its institutions and corporations are not democratic.
