WebCT press release highlighting the adoption of e-packs, publisher-provided materials for use in WebCT. Significant is their observation that e-Packs have become more popular because they make it easier for institutions to implement wide scale online learning. I think the e-packs are a good idea; I think that the exclusive deals with publishers is not.
