The project is sponsored by The DCU Learning, Innovation and Knowledge Research Centre (LINK), The Nominet Trust and Cambridge University. Theyt are "currently undertaking a major capacity building project for digital content in education. The goal of the project is to enhance teacher capabilities using digital content and our aim is for proficiency rather than expertise."
