Tim Wang reports, "the Chinese online education service provider – Cerbibo, has recently announced to sell 53% of their shares for the total of 10.3 million Yuan, which is only equivalent to 1.51 million US dollars.... Cerbibo is co-founded by Blackboard." Must be something going on behind the scenes.
