Blackboard Launches New Client Support Site
September 20, 2006
Commentary by Stephen Downes
Blackboard announces the invention of toolbars, bookmarks, history lists, support tickets, libraries, download sites, RSS feeds and content pages. Don't believe me? Check out this announcement, from September 19 (yes, of this year). Blackboard announces all of these features - perhaps unawsare that they already exist in most we browsers and content sites.

Re: Blackboard Launches New Client Support Site
Anymouse, October 4, 2006
Meanwhile the old webct.com site seems to be refering all support, download and documentation queries to Blackboard's support site. Fine enough, but when you log in... is there any Webct information in there? WebCT users have just been supplied with a service pack that kills the old WebCT logo, and replaces it with a new "Blackboard learning system CE enterprise license" one. It seems the WebCT name is now dead. [Comment] [Permalink] [Previous][Next]
