Nothing like a good dose of healthy scepticism, this time about using eye-tracking to measure how people read websites. This is the bit that really gives me pause: "Participants would orally tell us they couldn't see something their gaze was focused on... the inability to see something right in front of you." Yes, I have certainly experienced that! Via Step Two.
