Groups vs Networks: The Class Struggle Continues

This is a cornerstone talk for me. It was my final talk in New Zealand after a marathon trip, and it resolved into a discussion of the distinction between groups and networks, how traditional learning tries to force us into being part of a group (the way it forces cattle boys off their mountains) and how an alternative network-based theory of learning is more appropriate for multiple societies and multiple cultures.
