Personal Learning and Assessment

Regional Forum on ICTs in Higher Education of the Arab States, Beirut, Lebanon, UNESCO.

Panel discussion covering various aspects of personal learning and issues related to assessment. Talks are in English, French and Arabic. I argue against the 'gap' analysis of learning, contrast 'personalization' with an alternative based on meeting one's own objectives and goals, and describe a model of learning achievement based on sharing, contributing and co-creating.
