Hubert Nguyen is a Sr. Developer Advocate at MongoDB. Previously, he was the co-founder and CTO of Ubergizmo, a popular US consumer technology media. Earlier, he was the Manager of Developer Education at NVIDIA where he edited "GPU Gems 3", a best-selling 3D programming book. Hubert was also part of the NVIDIA Demo Team, which was tasked with graphics rendering R&D. He joined NVIDIA from 3DFX Interactive, the creators of Voodoo graphics, the first consumer GPU. Hubert started his career as a 3D-Engine programmer at Cryo Interactive, the company behind the first Dune video game.
Joel Lord is passionate about the web and technology in general. He likes to learn new things, but most of all, he wants to share his discoveries. He does so by travelling at various conferences all across the globe. He graduated from college in computer programming in the last millennium. Apart from a little break to get his BSc in computational astrophysics, he was always in the industry. In his daily job, Joel is a developer advocate with MongoDB, where he connects with software engineers to help them make the web better by using best practices in web development. During his free time, he can be found stargazing on a campground somewhere or brewing a fresh batch of beer in his garage.
Stanimira Vlaeva is a Developer Advocate at MongoDB and a Google Developer Expert for Angular. She is passionate about explaining complex technical topics in an understandable way, live-coding, and contributing to open-source software. Her Twitter DMs are always open!
Daniel has been at MongoDB for over nine years. He is currently a Staff Developer Advocate at MongoDB. His principal duties include educating customers on Data Modeling and helping them design data models. Before this position, Daniel worked in the Technical Services, Education, and Data Architecture teams. He contributed to many courses, presentations, and blogs to educate the customers and community. He co-authored the book "MongoDB Data Modeling and Schema Design."
