I think this is an interesting idea, but the presentation is some of the worst I have ever seen. In a nutshell, the Transparency and Openness Promotion Guidelines are intended to describe different levels of openness regarding data sources, algorithms, and other factors (eight in all) related to scientific research. This post reproduces the simple table describing the eight factors and three levelss of openness for each factor.
