Though it was written last January, this article continues to be the most popular link at elearning europa. The article is not long and it doesn't linger on the question posed in the title. Instead, it lists elements from the teacher's new role, that of learner, tutor, collaborator, researcher, develeoper and more. I think it's a good assessment, but I would ask, why would one person perform all of these roles?
