This is pretty neat - an application that scans text from the video camera, performs character recognition, and then translates it into your own language. "For example, if you hold up the phone to a sign or book that is written in Spanish, it simply shows you the sign as if it were written in English." If the article didn't use the parochial phrase 'foreign language' throughout it would be even better.
