Following from the first two parts, which I posted here yesterday, Scott Wilson looks specifically at the XML binding in the IMS e-portfolio specification, describing its origins in two previous IMS specifications, Learner Information Package (LIP) and Content Packaging, and evaluating the spec on completeness, clarity and usability.
