Scientific Cooperation to Grow Between Australia & China The Australian Government will increase funding for scientists undertaking collaborative research projects with China, in recognition of the growing significance of the bilateral relationship between the two countries. The Minister for Education, Science and Training, the Hon Julie Bishop MP, said the $1.5 million per annum increase will be part of the Australian Government’s 2006-07 Budget. Maintaining the Body's Chemistry: Dialysis in the Kidneys This site is a turtorial on kidney structure and function. The diagrams are well done and correlated with the function of each part of the kidney. Detailed descriptions of how water and ions are actually moved through the membrane channels are provided. European Computer Driving Licence Foundation Ltd The European Computer Driving Licence Foundation Ltd (ECDL-F) is the global governing body of the end-user computer skills certification programme, the ECDL. This site has details of their role and lists approved courseware providers for each of the certification programmes. The ECDL programme is known as the International Computer Driving Licence (ICDL) outside of Europe.
