Australian Career Development Studies (ACDS) Australian Career Development Studies (ACDS) is an initiative of the Department of Education, Science and Training (DEST), and is designed to broaden access to career development learning opportunities by a nationally consistent, articulated set of programmes for career practitioners and others with an interest in career development.
