WormClassroom.org WormClassroom.org is intended to serve as an education resource for the research model organism – Caenorhabditis elegans (C. elegans). WormClassroom.org features: 1) background knowledge about C. elegans such as what C. elegans is and who works on it, 2) instructional materials that apply up-to-date research resources to promote learning by inquiry, and 3) teaching materials contributed by others. The goal of WormClassroom.org is to seek contributions from educators and researchers alike and continue to develop into a community wide education resource. METALIS A free web service that harvest metadata about papers in Library and Information Science from several OAI-PMH compliant repositories. Scholarly Journal Prices - Selected Trends and Comparisons (UK) This report, published with the permission of Oxford Journals, a division of Oxford University Press, documents the results of the Journals Pricing Analysis project, undertaken by LISU for OUP. The project analysed price data on around 6,000 journals from 12 named scholarly publishers, including OUP, taken over a 5-year period (2000 -2004, plus 1993 as a base year) together with a more detailed analysis of titles in the biomedical field.
