More on the same theme. I know it's a bit repetitive, bit people should be aware of the external influences on Canadian national policy. Because, I can assure you, the intent is not to benefit Canadians. In better news, the Canadian Library Association has launched a copyright advocacy kit. Additionally, also via Michael geist, Howard Knopf makes it clear that Canada is not obligated to ratify the WIPO treaty. Nor should we.
