APA Publishes “Good Practices Guideâ€

This article notes, "The American Philosophical Association (APA) has published its Good Practices Guide, "a set of recommendations to help philosophers create and maintain an academic community based on mutual respect, fairness, inclusivity, and a commitment to scholarship and learning." A lot of it (like scheduling meetings, the section on washrooms, etc) is very specific to the academic context, but large swathes of it (like 'norms of respect') have much wider applicability. 95 page PDF.
