No doubt this took some courage to write. Yes, "we must take matters into our own hands." That pretty much describes the voice of the American electorate based on the recent mid-term election results in an election pock-marked with attack ads and vast sums of contemptible money. Hope for a better future has vast appeal that cuts across all boundaries that now divide people, except for the boundaries of power.
