The difference between 'personal learning' and 'personalized learning' is like the difference between 'chocolate cake' and 'chocolatized cake'. That's the thought that occurs to me when I look at this video by Bob Lee. Not that there's anything wrong with the video. But it does raise the issue that there's a big difference between the two approaches that is often elided in discussion.
